Reservations can be made up to 6 months in advance. We require a 50% deposit to confirm your booking, with the remaining balance due 30 days before your arrival. For peak season bookings (May-September), full payment may be required at the time of booking.

For cancellations made 30 days or more before arrival, we offer a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations made 15-29 days before arrival receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 15 days before arrival are non-refundable.

We offer a wide range of activities including guided treks, mountain biking, cultural tours, yoga sessions, cooking classes, and wildlife photography. All activities can be booked through our activity desk and are subject to weather conditions and seasonal availability.

Yes, we provide airport transfers from Srinagar International Airport. The service needs to be booked at least 48 hours in advance. Additional charges apply based on the type of vehicle and time of transfer.
